Founded in 2024, Ainciart Law is a Santa Barbara–based practice focused exclusively on wildfire litigation. Jake grew up in Santa Barbara and started his practice after witnessing the devastation of the Thomas Fire firsthand, and for nearly a decade since then, has been helping families and individuals recover what they were owed.

After years working on large wildfire cases, Jake saw an opportunity to build a practice that reflects the kind of service he believes clients deserve. Things like direct access to their attorney, clear communication, and personal attention throughout the process. 

Jake has been part of legal teams that have achieved over $1 billion in settlements and has helped guide more than 5,000 individuals through complex wildfire claims.
